Garage Door Remotes

What makes a great garage door? Is it the color, the style, the material used or is it the ease of use? For many the garage is used every day, at least twice a day, to leave and enter your home. Often it is used much more than that. The garage door is an integral part of the garage and with today’s garage door remotes, it is easy to come and go quickly and easily through the garage.

AAARemotes, along with Mega Transmitters and Mega Access Controls Inc., have been in the business of garage door remotes and gate remotes since 1993. They work with major brands such as Allister, Pulsar, Genie, Sears Craftsman, Stanley, Linear, Multicode, Chamberlain, Liftmaster, Skylink or other major brands. We offer offer same day delivery 95% of the time.

Garage door remotes make entering and leaving the garage easy. With wall mounted openers using keypad or finger print entry, we typically open the garage as we enter it from the home and as we get into our vehicle. Upon pulling out, we use our garage door remote to close it behind us. It all works seamlessly and is not at the forefront of our minds. But a lot goes into the workings of garage door openers. There are safety issues and working parts that all work together to make it easy for you to open and close your garage.

All garage doors today are required by law to have a laser assisted device that detects any object – human or inanimate in its path. If something is detected, the garage door will cease to close and reverse back all the way to open. This is to prevent injury or damage to anything or anyone who may accidentally be in the path of a closing garage door. Garage doors are also required to have an automatic light when the remote or wall mount is pressed, lighting the garage area. They are also required to be equipped with a manual garage opener in case of mechanism failure, as well as a battery back up in case of an electrical outage.

Garage door remotes have come a long way since the invention of the first garage doors back in the 1920’s and AAARemotes is at the forefront in bringing this great technology to us. With many brands and styles to choose from, garage remotes and openers are stocked heavily to meet the high demand of home owners and business owners today.
