The Ace lock gives access to the box itself, while the Mortise lock (which can be keyed to the house locks) gives momentary contact to open and close the gate. The rugged black steel box with stainless steel faceplate has punch-outs for surface or post mounting. Two keys are supplied for each lock. Dimensions: 5 1/2" (H) x 4 1/2" (W) x 4" (D). Note: Because the weight of this item is over 1 LB, a $5.00 handling fee will be added to the price of the item.
